Rose Initiation - Entering The Understory

There are moments in life when the heart quietly asks to be tended. 
Rose has long been known as a medicine of the heart- strengthening it physically while gently supporting the emotional and spiritual layers we often carry silently. 
Under The Understory, I am offering a half day Rose Initiation devoted to the wisdom of this beautiful plant. 
This will not be a lecture. 
It will be an experience. 

Together we will explore:

🌹the emotional and spiritual teachings of the plant

🌹a Rose elixir ceremony

🌹a guided meditation to meet the spirit of Rose

🌹a green breath journey

🌹you will also take home a 50ml Rose tincture to continue your connection

The workshop concludes with a Green Breath practice, a guided breathing journey that deepens connection with the plant world and integrates the experience of Rose. 

Rose has a way of meeting each person differently.
